Yes. Mosaic (trymosaic.io) is run by Wardro LLC in Cincinnati, Ohio. Checkout runs through Stripe, and if a flag arrives damaged or wrong, we refund you or send a new one. Questions go to hello@trymosaic.io.

No. Mosaic custom flags is trymosaic.io, a US flag shop run by Wardro LLC. We're not connected to TryMosaic in the UK.

Describe the flag you want or upload a photo. You see it on the flag right away and can change anything until it's right.

Yes. Upload any photo and say what you want done with it. Group photos, pets and inside jokes all work.

No. If you can describe it, you can make it. A reference photo helps more than anything else.

Every flag is dye-sublimated, so the ink goes into the fabric instead of sitting on top of it. It won't crack or peel. It's printed from a 5,800 x 9,000 pixel file, so small text and faces stay sharp.

Every flag has a loop in each corner, so hang it with tapestry pins or adhesive hooks. No nails needed.

You don't need to send it back. If your flag arrives damaged, defective or not what you ordered, we refund you or send a new one, and you keep the flag. Since every flag is made to order, we don't refund a change of mind.

Email hello@trymosaic.io within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We refund you or send a new one, and you never have to ship anything back.

Once a claim is approved, we issue the refund within 10 business days, back to your original payment method.
