Intellectual Property Policy
How rights holders can report copyright, trademark, likeness, publicity-right, and other intellectual-property concerns.
Wardro LLC operates the Mosaic platform (“Mosaic,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect intellectual-property and personal rights and review sufficiently specific complaints about content available through Mosaic.
What You Can Report
You may report content that you believe infringes or violates:
- Copyright
- Trademark or trade dress
- A person's name, image, likeness, or publicity rights
- Other intellectual-property or related rights
How to Submit a Complaint
Send your report to hello@wardro.io.
Please include enough information for Mosaic to reasonably identify:
- The rights you claim
- The specific Mosaic content at issue, including a direct link when available
- Your name and contact information
- Whether you are the rights holder or an authorized representative
- The basis for your complaint
Mosaic may ask for additional information before taking action.
Copyright and DMCA Notices
Copyright complaints may be submitted to hello@wardro.io. If you intend your report to serve as a formal notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, it should include the information required by applicable law.
Mosaic's registered DMCA-agent details will be added to this policy once the registration process is completed. Mosaic does not currently publish or invent registered-agent details that have not been completed.
Trademark, Likeness, and Other Complaints
For trademark, trade-dress, likeness, publicity-right, or other intellectual-property complaints, explain the right you believe is affected and how the identified content violates that right. Include supporting registrations, authorizations, or other records when relevant.
Review and Possible Action
After receiving a sufficiently specific and credible complaint, Mosaic may investigate and take action it considers appropriate. This may include removing or disabling content, removing it from public areas, preventing additional use, restricting an account, or suspending or terminating an account.
Mosaic may keep content unavailable while a complaint or appeal is reviewed. Mosaic may also act without a formal complaint when it believes content violates its Terms of Service or creates legal or Platform risk.
Responses and Appeals
Users whose content is removed may be allowed to submit a counter-notice or other appeal where appropriate. Submitting an appeal does not guarantee that content will be restored, and restoring content does not guarantee that it is lawful or non-infringing.
Privacy and Misuse
Mosaic does not provide a user's personal information to a complainant simply because the complainant asks for it. Information may be preserved or disclosed where required or otherwise permitted by law.
Do not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, or misleading complaints. Misuse of the reporting process may result in account restrictions or other appropriate action.
