Affiliate Program Terms

Affiliate Program access requires an accepted application and an active affiliate record linked to your Mosaic account. Participation is personal to you and may not be transferred. The current program is available only to affiliates based in the United States. Deactivation ends new attribution, hub access, and the public partner mark, but does not erase valid historical records.

Unless your affiliate hub shows a different rate, commission is 12% of the discounted merchandise subtotal on an eligible, attributed purchase. Customer discounts reduce that merchandise subtotal. Shipping, taxes, payment fees, production costs, and other charges are outside the commission base. The rate and eligible subtotal are recorded at the time of purchase.

A valid active affiliate discount code used at checkout takes priority. Otherwise, the purchase is attributed to the newest valid affiliate link visit during the preceding 30 days. A later valid affiliate link can replace an earlier one. Your tracking link and code are dormant until your first video is approved. Self-purchases, including purchases matched to your affiliate-account email, are not eligible for commission.

An eligible paid order first creates pending commission. Commission becomes available only after our fulfillment provider marks the order fulfilled and the refund-review window has passed; shipment alone does not release it. Mosaic currently pays available balances manually by Venmo or Zelle after each monthly payout summary. There is no minimum payout for the current program. You are responsible for keeping your legal name and payout destination accurate. Processing time may vary, and a dashboard estimate is not a promise of payment on a particular date.

Cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, duplicate attribution, fraud, or calculation errors may reduce, reverse, or void commission. Partial refunds result in a proportional commission adjustment. An adjustment before payout reduces pending or available earnings; an adjustment after payout may create a negative balance that future available commission offsets. Dashboard and summary amounts may be corrected to reflect these events.

You may not manipulate visits, codes, orders, returns, identity, or attribution, or encourage purchases that are misleading or fraudulent. When promoting Mosaic, you must clearly disclose your material relationship with Mosaic and follow applicable advertising, endorsement, platform, and consumer-protection rules.

Mosaic may change the rate, attribution rules, eligible products, payout method, or other Affiliate Program terms, or pause or end the program. We will provide notice where practical; changes generally apply prospectively unless a correction, legal requirement, abuse, or fraud requires otherwise. You are solely responsible for maintaining records and reporting and paying any taxes associated with Affiliate Program earnings.
